Description
2020 Lake Michigan water levels reached an all time peak, three feet higher than today 2023. Home owners along the shoreline had brought in huge rock boulders to control the erosion. Now, they just look cool, but I like how the rocks photographed in deep blue tones contrasting with the warm pinkish sunset sky. A slightly misty sky caused by recent Canadian wildfires infiltrating Michigan skies has created some beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan.
