When this bright red maple leaf first caught my eye with its brilliance and character, I hadn't noticed how the two brown spots looked like a pair of eyes. With a slight turn of the crop and the magic of technology, it turned into a work of art with a beautiful play of light, shadows, color, textures and those eyes!
