The November winds that come across Lake Michigan at the popular Oval Beach are viewed from the parking lot in the safely of people's cars. The light towers on the Kalamazoo River mouth pier are almost a mile from there, but sightseers can't watch the wave action engulfing them 40 feet in the air. It takes a crazy photographer or dare devil to withstand the wind and whipping sand to do that! The result is this magnificent dramatic capture of the power and beauty of Lake Michigan!
Nature is in us all shinning our inner lights a little brighter!
