Description
Many of the home owners in the Florida Keys are required to bring in fill to raise the level of their land with a determined amount of footage before building. That's what you see here with coral boulders used to contain the integrity of the foundation. Also, seen in the photo is the original shallow Cudjoe Bay seafloor made up of reef coral topped with various underwater fauna, but then you see a sudden dip in the water level. That's because the government made a "cut in" around most of the key islands to accomodate boating. Look out for the blimp that was put in place to spy on Cuba.
I hope you enjoy the puffy white clouds, aqua blue water and rocky coral foreground.

An especially crisp and radiant scene, Kathi, with excellent resonances between the cloud shapes and the stones below!
