Many homes in the Florida Keys border man-made canals designed to allow for boating privileges. This landscape photo shows part of my mom and dad's yard along the canal they work so diligently to keep up, even in their 80's. Over 25 years ago when they first moved to Cudjoe Key, a twenty minute drive from Key West, they were the only home on the street.Today the area is really built up and the streets are adorned with many beautiful homes. As you can imagine, it's a real treat for me to visit them.
Nature is in us all shinning our inner lights a little brighter! If feel inspired to capture her essence through the lens, especially from my Lake Michigan surroundings and even from my own country garden landscape. My photography is an expression of nature's endless beauty. If I feel it, I take the shot!
