Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I love to find wishing stones along Lake Michigan beaches. Two of these beautiful blue gray stones have the tell tale markings with a single stripe that makes a complete unbroken circle around the stone! The white stripes in the stones are quartz inclusions entering the basalt rock during the melting process. But to find a wishing stone in the shape of a heart is an absolute treasure . . . and the bullseye stone is out of this world unusual!!
