Mesmerized by the sound of the waves, the scent of the fresh water inland ocean, the feel of the gentle wind on my face, the sinking sand under my feet, and oh the sight looking out over Lake Michigan during a perfect September outing!
I love it when I can catch the waves just as they're about to turn over with my camera! This day they seemed to roll in gently with close proximity to one another. The beautiful wispy sky and and undisturbed sand created a special photo moment which you could probably tell how moved I was by the poetic reflection I shared above.
Nature is in us all shinning our inner lights a little brighter! If feel inspired to capture her essence through the lens, especially from my Lake Michigan surroundings and even from my own country garden landscape. My photography is an expression of nature's endless beauty. If I feel it, I take the shot!
