A distant view of the St. Joe, Michigan lighthouse from behind a snowy beach grass dune at Silver Beach on Lake Michigan. Walking along Silver Beach access, I initially was drawn to the beautiful sand and snow swirls and leaning beach grass due the strong winds off the lake. A layer of texture over the dune and sky allow for the distant red roof of the lighthouse to stand out!
Nature is in us all shinning our inner lights a little brighter! If feel inspired to capture her essence through the lens, especially from my Lake Michigan surroundings and even from my own country garden landscape.
