A warm summer sunset with wispy clouds of pastels at Pier Cove Michigan (USA) shoreline where once was a docking pier to accommodate ships coming into shore to pick up lumber, peaches and other fruits. Also, ferries came across from Chicago to pick up and drop off tourists. The towns people used to have to repair the piers regularly due to storms and winter ice build up.The piers have been gone for more than forty years when cars and highways became the main mode of transportation and the townspeople stopped repairing the docks.
Today, it's a quaint public access beach for all to admire the Lake Michigan views and sunsets!
Nature is in us all shinning our inner lights a little brighter!
